TOC OHM

@Clocktower
Copertino - Italy

free admission with reservation

TOC OHM is a way to visualize the Clock Tower, an experiment to make accessible - through artistic contemporary practices - a vertical structure which is inaccessible for some people.
A multisensory performance experienced blind folded  using the sense of smell, hearing and touch to perceive the surroundings of Piazza del Popolo, and the Tower itself, recreated by the sculptor Alessandro Mazzeo in a scale model made with leccese stone.

It is the result of a co-creation workshop done with the students of the association Giacche Verdi, supported by Diomede Stabile, accessibility expert; they collect sounds, moving images, smells of the square, all elements that compound the soundscape used during the performance.
